For more than 20 years I have worked as HR-Manager, project manager, team leader and with education of both children and adults. The personal relations and the social network have always been important ingredients in both my private and professional life and I have a lot of  experience within development of staff and competences along with job recruiting. The keywords throughout my career has always been trust, openness and close relationsships. I started my career within sales of IT and after 10 successful years in a dynamic environment I proceeded to work with recruitment and headhunting. For more than 10 years I have been coaching within career and job search and furthermore I have introduced many people to the success in networking. It is easy for me to communicate with other people, across professional level, age, nationality and cultural differences and it is a passion for me to use my network as it is naturally for me to help others. From 1997 - 2000 I lived in the US with my family and through the 3 years I learned what it means - and what it takes - to establish a new social network. Throughout my career I have been working with people and communication. In 1987 I started in the recruitment business where the keywords were recruitment services and temporary employment services, including matching of the right candidates with appropriate positions. In the mid nineties, I moved to 'the other side of the desk" and have since then worked with HR and management in a number of exciting and international companies. Part of my duties in HR was recruiting and integrating employees from abroad. I experienced first hand how important it is also to be aware of and support the integration of the employee's family. If the family does not thrive in Denmark, it can be difficult to retain the employee in the position. I am delighted now to be able to work within this area and to help foreign families feel more welcome in Denmark through helping the families integrate quicker and better via introductions of the spouses into new networks, Danish culture and business life.
